Laazarus Dias education Akademy started in 2004 and completed 20 years in training. We specialize in system based implementation related training with monitoring and scientific activity management to get success for our students. We have successfully the guaranteed MDRT 3 years course where 3000 agents passed out with flying colours. The Chairman and managing partner Mr Lazarus Dias worked as an insurance agent for 16 years and qualified for MDRT 6 times, he worked in Birla Sun Life insurance for 4 years as Branch Head and Sr Manager Recruitment and recruited 3000 agents in 3 months. He created 500 MDRTs in Mumbai.
About Course & Key Features  :
25 sessions of 90 minutes each one session every fortnight with Role plays and monitoring of activity on weekly basis. We also give a 40 Video FR App course costing Rs 10000 free with the program.
We also have the same physical course in Mumbai, Pune and Goa where we take 20 participants per batch with 25 sessions of 4 hours each and 25 online group meetings. Every month there a
